One Account Per Person

Account Registration

  • Each player may hold only one Casino PKR account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of device, IP address or payment method used.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
  • Your Casino PKR account is personal to you. Sharing login credentials with another person is not permitted.
  • Casino PKR reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identification.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Casino PKR password. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support@casinopkr.bet immediately.
  • Casino PKR does not accept registrations from persons acting on behalf of others. You must be the sole beneficial owner of your account.
  • Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200, deducted from any remaining balance. Casino PKR will notify you by email before any such fee is applied.
Note: If Casino PKR detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by device fingerprint, payment method or other signals — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Only one account per person is allowed, full stop.

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Casino PKR services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that using online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
  • Casino PKR may request age verification documents at any point. Until verification is complete, deposit, withdrawal and betting activity may be restricted on your account.
  • Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately. Any real-money deposits will be returned. Any bonus funds received will be forfeited.
  • If you know or suspect that a minor has gained access to the Casino PKR platform, report it to support@casinopkr.bet immediately.

Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits to Casino PKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currencies are accepted.
  • Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
  • The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger enhanced verification.
  • Casino PKR does not charge fees on deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.
  • Deposits should only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Casino PKR is not responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
  • Casino PKR complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests may be made at any time from your Casino PKR account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you contact support to arrange otherwise.
  • Casino PKR targets a 15-minute processing window for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.
  • Casino PKR does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside Casino PKR's control.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed until all active wagering requirements on your account have been cleared.
  • Casino PKR may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect your account.
  • In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, Casino PKR reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending investigation, in line with applicable regulations.
Tip: Make sure your withdrawal account name matches your Casino PKR registration name exactly. Name mismatches are the most common reason withdrawals are delayed.

Bonuses and Promotions

  • Casino PKR offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Specific terms for each offer — including wagering requirements, expiry dates, minimum odds and eligible games — are published on the Promotions page.
  • The welcome bonus is available to new Casino PKR players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per device.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real money by meeting the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is possible.
  • Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%, live casino games contribute 50%, and slots contribute a rate stated per promotion.
  • Casino PKR reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by the player.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotions in conjunction with other players, or placing low-risk offsetting bets — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
  • If you make a withdrawal request while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, Casino PKR will remove the bonus balance before processing the withdrawal.

Sports Betting Rules

  • The minimum single bet stake at Casino PKR is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
  • Bets are confirmed once you receive a bet reference number. Until that reference is issued, your bet has not been accepted.
  • Odds are subject to change until your bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to that bet.
  • Casino PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system fault or human error. Affected players will be refunded the stake in full.
  • In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to data feed availability. Casino PKR is not liable for delays in receiving match data from official feeds.
  • Cancelled or postponed events will result in bets being voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and played within 72 hours of the original start time.
  • Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will have that selection treated as a non-runner. The accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.
  • Casino PKR uses official competition data for all result settlements. In cases of genuine dispute, the decision of Casino PKR's trading team is final subject to the complaints process.

Live Casino Rules

  • Live casino games at Casino PKR are operated by real dealers via HD video stream. All results are determined by the physical cards or equipment visible in the video feed.
  • Once the dealer announces "no more bets" or the equivalent action in each game, no further bets may be placed for that round.
  • In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, Casino PKR will void all bets for that round and return stakes to player balances.
  • Casino PKR live tables operate with certified shuffled decks or other verified equipment. The shuffle and deck composition meet independent audit standards.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits for each live table are displayed before you join. These limits may be adjusted at Casino PKR's discretion for VIP arrangements.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with Casino PKR in any way.
  • Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in Casino PKR's systems for financial gain.
  • Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions.
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using Casino PKR for money laundering purposes.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Sharing your Casino PKR account with another person or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Abusive, threatening or offensive communication directed at Casino PKR staff or other players.
Consequence: Any of the above will result in immediate account suspension. Casino PKR reserves the right to permanently close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold balances pending investigation and applicable legal processes.
Section 10

Account Suspension and Closure

  • Casino PKR may suspend or close an account at any time if the Terms and Conditions have been breached, if fraud is suspected, or if required to do so by applicable law.
  • Players may close their own Casino PKR account at any time by contacting support@casinopkr.bet. Real-money balances will be returned after all active wagering requirements are addressed.
  • If Casino PKR closes an account due to a Terms breach, bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at Casino PKR's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.
  • Self-excluded players may request account closure through the Responsible Gaming tools. Closed accounts under self-exclusion will not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

Responsible Gaming
